Doris Day was Hollywood’s top female box office star for four years during the early 1960’s, whilst also recording six “Million Seller” records. One of the most popular was “Secret Love”, from one of her favourite films, “Calamity Jane”.
A Prototype of this doll was recently offered for sale on a leading internet auction site, but attracted little interest
A 16” vinyl doll, (Model 3162), was also planned, in a limited Edition of 5000.
Neither version of the Doris Day doll made it into production

Dame Vera Lynn will always be remembered for her efforts in entertaining the troops during World War II. Her songs were real morale boosters to civilians and the armed forces alike, during the darkest days of the war.
A 16” vinyl doll, (Model 3163), was also planned, in a limited Edition of 5000.
